How much is your Engraving?

The first four lines of machine engraving are FREE with each applicable award. Additional lines of machine engraving are $2.00 per line. Metal graphic engraving (sublimation) requires a $20.00 setup charge.

How much engraving can I put on my award?

For trophies, we suggest no more than 3 lines of 23 letters per line (includes any characters). Plaques are basically unlimited, within reason. Medals, we suggest no more than 3 lines of 10 letters per line. Acrylics depend on the shape.

How long do orders take to process?

It all depends on which award is ordered. Production time on most Trophies and Plaques is 10 working days. Rush charges will apply on all production of 9 days or less. Pricing is determined by the size of the job - Please call for quotes. Custom Medals and Pins orders, if not in stock, take 6 weeks lead time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices are determined by weight, size and destination of the package. We have a UPS tracking page ( Order Tracking ) to track your shipment.

What if I have a problem or other questions?

Please call 1-800-635-5005 or Email (sales@wilsontrophy.com) us right away. Most of the problems are as simple as sending out a new nameplate, rather than returning the whole trophy. If it is something more than that, we will work with you to solve the problem.
